Tobation Wholesale Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases made through the Tobation wholesale website. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who can buy

Tobation sells wholesale only, to approved beauty distributors. We do not sell to consumers. Every account application is reviewed individually, requires a valid business or distributor license number, and may be approved or declined at our discretion. Each approved account receives its own login. Logins may not be shared.

2. Pricing

Wholesale prices are shown only to approved, signed-in accounts and are confidential. Prices may change without notice.

3. Payment

Payment in full is required at the time of purchase. Orders are not processed until payment has been received.

4. Shipping

Orders for products in stock are shipped within two (2) business days of the order being placed. Pre-launch orders placed before products arrive in our warehouse are shipped once initial stock is received, currently expected in early 2027. We will email you with an update on timing.

5. Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, email info@tobation.com promptly with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

6. Resale

Products are sold for resale to your own customers in line with applicable laws. Private label products are produced under a separate written agreement.
